Your song and digital lyric art are delivered within 10–14 days, ready to stream, share, and treasure forever. Expedited turnaround is available as an add-on.

Yes. Every Heartsong includes one round of revisions after a first draft of the song has been created, so you can make sure the message, tone, or details feel true to your story. Our goal is for your song to feel exactly right, so small adjustments are always welcome.

No problem at all — most people feel that way. The questionnaire is simply a starting point. You can share as much or as little as you want. If you want to arrange for a heart-to-heart interview by phone, we can accommodate that as well.
Additionally, we will reach out if we have any questions or need clarification as we work through your song. Just remember, your memories don’t need to be perfectly worded to inspire a song; they just need to be yours.

Absolutely. Many Heartsongs are created as surprise gifts. Just let us know in the questionnaire, and we’ll make sure all communication stays discreet so the moment is preserved.

Absolutely. Many Heartsongs are born from deeply personal moments, and you’re welcome to share whatever memories or feelings feel meaningful to you. Everything you share — in writing or during interviews — is treated with care and confidentiality. Your story is safe with us.
That said, we do ask that stories remain appropriate and non‑graphic. You never need to share explicit details for your song to feel honest, emotional, and true. If something feels too personal to put into words, you can simply describe the feeling, and we’ll take it from there.

If you’re on a tight timeline, we offer a Rush Turnaround option (3–5 days). This option is limited based on availability, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate urgent needs, especially for memorials or time‑sensitive events. Note: Instrumental versions of the song can be delivered within a rush turnaround timeframe, but no other add-ons are eligible for rush turnaround.
